MCA (Multi-trepannic Collagen Actuation) is also known as dry needling or micro needling.
The treatment involves causing minor trauma to the skin to stimulate the blood flow to the area.
This then helps the skin produce collagen, which evens out skin texture and helps to re-pigment (bring the natural colour back to) the area.
It's not suitable if your scars or stretch marks are darker than the surrounding skin.
